Joel Brockmann is the Assistant Vice President and Production Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of FHLBank Atlanta’s Affordable Housing homeownership and development products, as well as the development and implementation of new products. Brockmann joined the Bank in 2009, prior to which he developed affordable and market-rate multifamily development properties throughout the U.S. Joel has also served on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Joel earned his undergraduate degree in Architecture from Kansas State University, and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
Richard Mauney is a Lending and Disbursement Analyst in the Community Investment Services Department of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta. Richard joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta in 2005 to make a more direct impact on affordable housing. In the Community Investments Services Department, Richard works with all of the Bank’s homeownership and development products from application to project completion. Prior to joining the Federal Home Loan Bank, he was an Asset Manager in the Tax Credit Investment Group at for Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities). He has worked as a CPA in various roles in Investment Banking and Capital Markets. Richard received a BA in Business Administration and BS in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
